Composite Shake Ups
At The Meadows assisted living facility in Burlington, Kansas bright metal green panel roofs were replaced with DaVinci Multi-Width Shake roofs in a soothing Tahoe blend of woodgrains. “The new composite shake roof looks less ‘institutional’ and much more homelike,” according to Stacy Augustyn, MSN-NA RN, COO of Coffee Health Systems, which operates The Meadows. “The residents are pleased with the results. Renovating 25 King Philip Road is a labor of love for Catherine McNeil and Mylan Jaixen. They’ve lived in the Sudbury, Massachusetts, home for more than five decades.
