Whether it is higher wind uplift, fire resistance, or quick and easy coverage, Polyanchor nailable roof underlayments and anchor sheets are equipped with new technologies to surpass the performance of conventional felts.

• Nailable Underlayment: stand-alone mechanically attached secondary water and/or fire barrier used to protect the deck and provide easy tear off when reroofing.
• Nailable Anchor Sheet: base layer that provides limited deck protection until covered by a Polystick self-adhered underlayment. Works as a bond breaker between the deck and the Polystick underlayment to allow additional and easy tear of when reroofing.

Polystick^® MTS Plus

Polystick MTS PLUS is a self-adhered high-temp waterproofing underlayment for metal roof coverings and various other applications. Utilizing ADESO^® dual-compound self-adhered technology, Polystick MTS PLUS features a polymer-modified bitumen upper compound and a proprietary self-adhesive SBS (elastomeric) compound on the bottom. A split-release film that protects the self-adhesive compound allows for easy application.

Polystick MTS PLUS features a cavitated anti-skid top film surface which can be exposed for up to 180 days. With a temperature resistance of up to 265°F, Polystick MTS PLUS is ideally suited for high-temperature roof covering systems such as steel, aluminum, or copper panels.

Polystick^® P

Polystick P is a self-adhered high-temp waterproofing underlayment for use under metal and various other roof coverings. The top surface is composed of a UV-resistant, high-strength polyolefin composite film with an anti-skid coating which is mated to a high-temp SBS (elastomeric) self-adhered compound. A siliconized split-release paper provides quick and accurate installation.

This carrierless membrane is highly flexible; ideal for flashing around roof penetrations and transitions and other critical areas.

Although Polystick P is designed for metal roof coverings, this versatile underlayment can also be installed under asphalt shingles, synthetic tiles, and other approved roof coverings.

Elastoflex SA V Polar Base^®

Elastoflex SA V Polar Base membrane is a self-adhered, elastomeric base ply low-slope roofing product designed for colder weather applications. It is manufactured using patented ADESO^® Dual-Compound Self-Adhered Technology, whereby a “true” Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene (SBS) modified asphalt compound is applied on the top layer and an aggressive self-adhesive compound is applied on the bottom layer.
