Vote for the Female Roofing Professional of the Year

Read through the stories of five top finalists to decide which distinguished woman in roofing deserves Beacon’s Female Roofing Professional of the Year award.  

Roofing is still assumed to be a primarily male-dominated profession, but that doesn't mean women haven't found their family in the industry. You can find women working at all industry levels as office managers, project managers, siding professionals, payroll professionals, digital marketers, owners, accounting professionals, and of course, on the roof. Beacon Building Products seeks to spotlight women in the industry by highlighting five women finalists' stories and awarding them with financial support for career development.  

The Female Professional of the Year Award sheds light on women of the industry who have faced adversity and persevered to go the extra mile for customers, co-workers, and her community, celebrating how women in the industry strengthen and inspire their communities. 

Female Roofing Professional of the Year is a competition that encourages the public to engage in the stories and vote on these women within the roofing industry who serve as a shining example to the roofing community. All five finalists have shared how they have gone above and beyond in their line of work, with their stories serving as inspirational examples of the incredible contributions these women have made to the industry.  

Read about how these five women have empowered themselves to do good within their field and embody excellence, then cast your vote by June 7, 2021 for your favorite story and who you think should be the grand prize winner of $10,000. Winners will be announced on June 15!
