For companies across the building envelope and remodeling industries, paid-per-click (PPC) advertising is only as valuable as the revenue it brings in. This article by Webrunner breaks down a case study featuring Redo Cabinets, a residential cabinet company, that was putting resources into marketing with no clear ROI.
Redo Cabinets contacted Webrunner after working with multiple agencies and fragmented channels. Lead volume and quality were inconsistent, attribution was unclear and the company lacked a reliable view of return on investment. Rather than asking for a full-scale overhaul from the start, Redo Cabinets asked Webrunner to prove value month over month.
Webrunner began with disciplined Google Ads execution, where purchase intent was highest and attribution was clearest. Monthly spend started under $3,000 and scaled only when lead quality and revenue supported the increase. By Q4, monthly spend had grown to more than $30,000. Full-funnel tracking connected each lead from first click to closed revenue, giving the client a clearer view of how ad dollars translated into signed jobs.
As the partnership grew, Webrunner also recommended testing Bing, even though the client was initially skeptical. The channel generated 103 leads on $11,988 in spend, delivering a $116 cost per lead, an 84% valid lead rate and $472,031 in attributed revenue at a 2.5% cost-to-revenue ratio.
Across 2025, the program generated $1.87 million in tracked revenue, 601 leads at a blended $264 cost per lead and an 8% blended cost-to-revenue ratio. Revenue grew from $143,784 in Q1 to $970,294 in Q4, while lead quality held as spend scaled.
Beyond the numbers, the relationship evolved into a strategic growth partnership. Webrunner became part of conversations around market expansion, trade shows, AI-driven search behavior and whether marketing should remain agency-led or move in-house.
