FCS Names New Leadership Team

FCS plans to expand its software offerings to meet the needs of all roofing contractors.

FCS, a leading software provider in the roofing industry, is pleased to announce a new leadership team. The new executive team consists of Nick Serelis, Scott Keith and David Almario.

In late 2015, FCS partnered with TOC Equity Partners, a Chicago-based private equity firm, to facilitate the growth of the burgeoning company. Leading the TOC investment team is Mark Hadding, a 20-year veteran working and investing in the construction and facilities management industry. “Building on the current solution, we wanted to bring a new team experienced in technology and developing customer-focused solutions,” states Hadding.

TOC installed Nick Serelis, a sales and supply chain executive, to set the direction and become the new FCS President. “Our intention is to build on our strengths. We are expanding our offerings to serve all roofing contractors, from small shops to multi-location regional players to enterprise customers with a national presence,” said Serelis.

Rounding out the FCS leadership team, Nick recruited two former executives from Siemens Building Technology, Scott Keith and David Almario. “These two professionals have over three decades of experience in developing, selling and supporting online customer solutions in construction and facilities management,” states Serelis, “and our goal is to provide easy-to-use offerings to help roofing contractors do their work.”
