Lefty- it's an air conditioning unit installed in the truck's back window.

Can not tell what that is.

I can tell you that I have been where I had something on hand that did not cost me anything where to get the right piece to fix it would have cost money. Free or Cost out of pocket, Today I have the money in my pocket to fix it right. That was not always the case.
