I had my roof done (poorly - lowest bidder syndrome) and the ridge vent is partially covered, in various amounts by the underlayment the was placed across the roof cap. How much does this affect air flow? Is it acceptable? can I make him re-do the ventVent _partial_both_sidesVent_half _covered_1_side
