Slate Roof Labor Rates in FLA

Can someone give me some going per square labor rates for natural slate? The roof is extremely cut up.

R W is a fellow roofer out of Atlanta, and has done a lot of slate and tile here. Im surprised he was not more specific since he has a lot of experience in the field. It is a different ball game in Florida. They do not want out of state roofers there so there are numerous roadblocks in place. Just because you have insurance in georgia, dont mean chit in fla.
