OLE Willie

But I beg to differ.

Nice mix of driftwood up against weathered wood too.

OLE Willie

I took those pics several days ago while I was at her house doing the estimate.

She had called about missing shingles on the front, pipe collars cracked open and a spot where a tree limb broke through the decking.

I HAD to tell her about this pitiful chimney flashing job once I saw it.

I guess she already had too much on her plate with the other stuff because she insisted it wasn't leaking so I just let it go.

I went over to do the other work and it had poured rain the night before.

The overhang of the roof was soaking wet on both sides of that chimney.

I also noticed her roof mounted attic fan did not come on during the work or the estimate. I went in the attic and turned it down to 50 degrees and made sure it had power to it.

The motor was burnt out.

Wow! That's all I can say.
