This is a photo of a fleece back TPO roof that was installed for my client, I'm from NY and it was finished in February. Besides being dirty, It is wrinkled all over the place.
I believe that it still has to be inspected by GAF.

Inspection can be beneficial for the home owner because proper inspection can save the home owner money being spent on the roof leaks repairing.
