What are your thoughts on NRCA Membership?

I think your industry associations are the only voice you have in Washington, and a failure to join pretty much eliminates any right you have to complain about the laws you are forced to work under. I've heard all the excuses about why it's not worth it, from "they're only about the big boys" to "they support the mexican invasion" to "I can't afford it".

I'm curious too.

When I was in the National Home Builder's Association, I got some nice discounts for my WC and GL and it more than paid for the membership. The best part was the monthly self audit pay as you go system. I also had a pretty nice group health plan because of them.
