What is the easy way of figureing the size of coil stock you have to order for a standing seam roof 2' wide panels with a 1 1/2" rib for reesidential job plus the trim metal Eve's rakes and ridge

I do historical standing seam roofs out of 20 inch terne stock. When figuring the amount needed it was 30 square ft. extra per square as a general rule. Each project has its own particulars though. There is no magic formula, you need to factor in all the details and how much time it takes to do them
