Cowboys! "Cowboy Roofer jailed but escapes paying victims" I would have put a link to the article but it was the same old crap. How can these scam artists live with themselves? Anyway, in articles out of the UK I have noticed it. Reference to a Cowboy here has a tough and romantic connotation. So should we start calling our deadbeats 'Knights'? Just kidding England.
