any thoughts on comparing these two approaches for flat roof application?

current install is liberty is being laid over tapered ISO followed by GAF rubberoid granualar MOD Bit.

do i understand manuf onthis is 12 years?

How does this stack up against .060 EPDM ?

Use fully adhered 0.60 EPDM right on taper ISO .Its much better -no base sheet . If You know specs and details you can get the 20 years warranty easily.

Im not sure about specific manufacturer's and warranties, but, in general, if you apply a fully adhered base sheet over a nailable base sheet, you can increase the warranty from 10 to 15 years. as far as adhering a base sheet to an iso panel, Im not sure about the spercifics....it needs a nailable base to install a nailable base sheet, unless the ISO has a base sheet already on it, which Im sure someone makes...
