I am a construction project manager, and currently, I am in the process of building my real estate network. I would like to share my experience with you all via this forum.

One of the most difficult things I had to go through in projects is coping with change orders. In the initial period, I didn't see that their antics might delay time frames and budgets massively. Have you ever encountered a situation when the change order happened against your planned job? If you have done so, I am as well, and it is frustrating.

Eventually, I got to rely on open communication and documentation to prevent surprises. For example, incorporating roofing estimating services early on helps prevent last-minute changes. Have you seen, in the case of proper estimation, the operation of change orders reduced to a minimum song? Accordingly, I have been proactive and wondering how other folks face these problems. Do you have a systematic approach toward ensuring order changes are properly processed without setbacks? Let's argue!
