SRS Distribution Announces Expansion in Kentucky With the Acquisition of Exteriors Inc.

SRS will be making an impact in Kentucky through the Exteriors' headquarters located in Bowling Green. 

SRS Distribution Inc. (“SRS”) announced today that it has acquired Exteriors Inc. (“Exteriors” or the “Company”), a distributor of roofing, siding, windows & doors, and other complementary products. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Exteriors was founded in 2020 by Samir Rastoder and services Central and Southern Kentucky from its location in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Samir will continue to lead the Company’s dedicated team, ensuring continuity and consistency for customers, suppliers and employees.
