RCS President Heidi J. Ellsworth was recently featured in two Team Engine articles for sharing her expertise in hiring and retaining quality team members. 

Team Engine, a software company that helps the construction industry with recruiting quality workers, recently reached out to their business partners for advice on hiring and retaining crew members. Our very own President Heidi J. Ellsworth was featured in two of their articles, sharing her wisdom on what she finds has worked best throughout the years. 

Heidi has decades of experience in the roofing industry and loves bringing the industry together through her work with RoofersCoffeeShop®. She also works with the Roofing Alliance, National Women in Roofing and the Roofing Technology Think Tank, all of which unite and progress the industry in new directions!
