Meet our VP of Business Development, Tony Leonard!

We are excited to welcome Tony Leonard to the IB Roof Systems family. Tony joins Team IB as the new Vice President of Business Development.

Tony has been involved in the roofing industry since 1994. Throughout his career, he has served in various capacities and brings with him senior-level sales, management and technical expertise. Tony started in the roofing industry training contractors on single-ply (EPDM & PVC membranes) and roof coating system installation then moving to regional sales and technical training for ERSystems. From there becoming vice president of technical sales and ultimately president of ERSystems.

Most recently, he has served on the IB Roof Systems Board of Directors and as a consultant for IB since 2018. Tony will be responsible for the implementation of new product lines, managing the national sales force, marketing group, shipping and inside support staff.
