This elastomeric, polyurethane sealant is perfect for interior and exterior use, and requires no mixing prior to usage. 

The one-component, high-performance, non-priming, gun-grade elastomeric polyurethane sealant, MasterSeal NP 1, is available now for your use. NP stands for non-priming, and this product requires no mixing before bonding to most materials including concrete and masonry. Another interesting feature of Master Builders Solutions product is its ability to reduce sound transmission when used as an acoustic sealant. MasterSeal NP 1 also supports high STC values by sealing the spaces or gaps around cut-outs and at perimeters of partitions.
