ICP Group appoints Todd Brown as vice president of operations to enhance manufacturing excellence

Brown has over three decades of experience in chemical manufacturing and operational leadership.

ICP Group, a leading specialty chemical manufacturer in North America and global leader in professional building products, proudly welcomes Todd Brown as vice president of operations for its Roofing & Driveway Sealers (RDW) business unit.

With more than 34 years of experience in chemical manufacturing, Brown brings a deep knowledge of operational best practices, plant leadership and global supply chain management. In his new role, he will oversee all RDW business unit plant operations and report directly to ICP’s senior leadership team. Prior to joining ICP, Brown spent over two decades at The Dow Chemical Company and most recently served as vice president of operations for Air Liquide Advanced Materials. There, he led operations across 11 global plants and directed teams in supply chain, procurement and manufacturing technology.

A chemical engineer by training, Brown earned his degree from the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
