Gulfeagle Supply announces next steps for continued growth

This strategic move will secure Gulfeagle Supply as a leading distributor across the nation.

Gulfeagle has strategically entered into an agreement to acquire Elite Roofing Supply, a prominent roofing distributor based in Phoenix, Arizona. Elite has 26 branches and was founded 11 years ago with the mindset of being best in class.

Brad Resch, President of Gulfeagle, stated, “Elite is a top-notch organization with a quality management team, and we are so excited to have them join our team. They share our same values, and this couldn’t be a better fit to allow us to better serve our contractors, employees and vendors.”

The transaction will officially close at the end of June, and the companies will continue with business as usual until then.
