Canuck Roofing in British Columbia, Canada, was founded by Will Franklin in 2008 with the goal of creating safe, reliable and high-quality roofs with transparent business practices. They are known in the Burnaby area for being organized and giving, with an emphasis on being up front. As part of this, they have designed a four-part True Precision Process (assess, calculate, educate and safeguard) that helps them determine what every unique project needs and meet those needs with high-quality work that does not exceed the owners’ budget.

In an interview about working with IKO, Will shared how their products help Canuck build their incredible reputation, sharing, “The Dynasty is the preferred shingle, with the benefits from that product it's, just a no-brainer. And honestly, when we work with IKO shingles we have never once had a manufacturer's defect or call back.” Not only does this offer peace of mind for Will and his business, but it also helps them with referrals. He elaborated, “A lot of roofing is about referrals and if you're not having callbacks or issues, people are going to remember that and tell their neighbors their friends and family.”
