Deer Park Roofing Inc.'s Nick Sabino Named NRCA Chairman of the Board-Elect 

Nick Sabino previously served as an NRCA vice chairman from 2014-16 and 2017-18 and was a director from 2010-13.

New Orleans-Nick Sabino, founder and president of Deer Park Roofing Inc., Cincinnati, has been elected 2018-19 chairman of the board-elect of the National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA) at its 131st Annual Convention held Feb. 6-8 in New Orleans.

Sabino previously served as an NRCA vice chairman from 2014-16 and 2017-18 and was a director from 2010-13.

In addition, Sabino has served as chair of several NRCA committees, including the NRCA University Operations, Workforce Solutions, Residential Contractors and Young Contractors Committees.

Sabino also was a member of the International Roofing Expo (IRE) advisory board from 2011-18. He was the 2011 recipient of the Owens Corning Innovation Award, as well as the 2012, 2013 and 2014 recipient of the Owens Corning Industry Stewardship Award.

He holds a bachelor of science degree in mathematics from Xavier University, Cincinnati.

He will begin his one-year term as the second highest-ranking officer of one of the oldest construction trade associations in the U.S. June 1, 2018.
