Celebrate Women in Roofing at NERCA!

Join National Women in Roofing at the 2023 NERCA Convention for an empowering seminar and networking session. 

National Women in Roofing (NWIR) is so excited to be attending North / East Roofing Contractors Association (NERCA) 2023 Trade Show and Convention and we hope to see you there! We will be at booth #529 to meet with NWIR members and other women in the roofing industry. We will also be hosting a networking reception on Wednesday, February 8, 2023 from 6:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. where you can meet with members and our board of directors.  

This year’s reception event is called “Follow Your Pathway.” What does it really mean to “follow your pathway” in your career? The career decision-making process is ongoing throughout your professional life. Sometimes, you might be driven by fear when you choose one path over another. And, at other times, your intuition drives your choices. Join NWIR for this insightful and thought-provoking round table discussion where you will learn skills to navigate through your own pathway using effective decision-making. The reception will take place at the Mohegan Sun Strawberry room, 1 Mohegan Sun Boulevard, Uncasville, Connecticut. 

We are also looking for booth volunteers. We are excited to announce that we will have a strong presence at in-person NERCA this February 7-9, 2023. As an organization, we rely on our members to spread the word about the good work we do. Please help NWiR and sign up for an hour to help staff the booth. There, you’ll chat with other booth volunteers and with people walking by. We’ll also have plenty of literature there to assist with talking points.
