An A+ roof for the AAA Headquarters

When the American Automobile Association headquarters needed a new roof, this contractor chose EVERROOF products to get the job done right! 

It’s safe to say that any roof that’s 20 years past its original warranty is due for a makeover! When the roof of American Automobile Association’s (AAA) headquarters in Heathrow, Florida was at that point, they wanted to ensure their new roof would be up to par. That’s why their contractor chose EVERROOF products to ensure they’d receive a high-quality roofing system. 

AAA was founded in 1902 and since then they have been a leading advocate for safer drivers, vehicles and roads. They are a not-for-profit national association that provides various benefits to its members, including roadside assistance, insurance, travel planning and more. When their headquarters needed a new roof, they wanted to be sure their roofing system was as great as the service they provide to their members. 

The following EVERROOF products were used on the AAA headquarters’ roof: 

• M100 primer: A two-component, water-based epoxy primer that has rust inhibiting properties. 
• Ever-Silic HS: A high solids (HS), single-component elastomeric silicone coating. This roof material has terrific UV resistance and provides excellent weatherproofing over many roof substrates. 
• Ever-Thane Roof Flash: A polyurea-urethane formula product that creates watertight liquid flashing on the intricate areas of a roof. 

These products and the expertise of the roofing contractors installing them ensured that the AAA headquarters roof would last for years to come. They worked closely with General Coatings Manufacturing Corp. who performed multiple inspections throughout the project to ensure the roof was installed correctly. The building owner was very happy with the finished result and EVERROOF values their opinion above all else!
