AlphaGuard™ BIO Fluid Applied Roofing System

The extremely low odor, ease of application and rapid curing makes AlphaGuard BIO system excellent for use in highly sensitive areas such as schools and hospitals.

The unique AlphaGuard™ BIO system is a two-component roofing and waterproofing system  with high bio-based content that solves numerous roofing needs, including restoring structural concrete, BUR, MB and single ply roofs; installations on vegetated  and  IRMA roofs; new construction; and even a liquid flashing membrane for new roofs.  With its extremely low odor, ease of application and rapid curing, the AlphaGuard BIO system is excellent for use in highly sensitive areas, such as hospitals and schools, and in areas where access is difficult.

AlphaGuard BIO system benefits don't stop there.  The system has excellent weatherproofing properties to keep your buildings dry.  It's easy to maintain and repair, which is good for sustainability over a long period of time, designed to perform extremely well in cold weather and resists chemicals, hail and mold/mildew/fungus.

AlphaGuard BIO is available in two additional configurations.  Fully reinforced AlphaGuard BIO PLUS consists of approved insulation followed by a layer of BURmastic Composite Ply and AlphaGuard BIO.  It is excellent for use as a replacement system or in new construction.  The AlphaGuard BIO NR system has the qualities of AlphaGuard BIO but is reinforced only at the areas of the roof that need it the most.
