All Weather Insulated Panels (AWIP) has officially launched InnovaCELL™, a breakthrough in insulated metal panel (IMP) technology designed to set a new standard for building performance.

Built for today’s toughest design and sustainability demands, InnovaCELL combines high thermal efficiency, enhanced fire performance and use of circular materials, all while keeping installation fast and simple.

At its core, InnovaCELL was engineered to drive down energy consumption and operating costs. Its advanced technology makes it possible to achieve better thermal values than traditional PIR systems and unlocks new opportunities for high-performance applications, such as cold storage and controlled environments. Independently tested, InnovaCELL delivers an R-value of R-8.0 per inch at 75°F mean (ASTM C518) with complete assembly U-values verified per ASTM C1363.

InnovaCELL meets the FM 4882 standard for low smoke applications. It ensures high fire performance with minimal smoke generation, making it suitable for sensitive environments such as pharmaceutical facilities and data centers. This can help protect valuable assets while reducing the risk of smoke-related damage and downtime in the case of a fire.
