RCAW is back to bring you a day full of networking, inspiration and education.

Join us for RCAW’s Women in Roofing Day on Friday, October 16, 2026, a day dedicated to celebrating, supporting and empowering women in the roofing industry. This inspiring event will bring together women from all areas of roofing—contractors, suppliers, manufacturers and professionals—for a full day of learning, networking and leadership development.

Highlights of the day include:

• Engaging keynote speaker: Hear Katee Williams, owner of Steve Garlock Equipment's success and journey within the roofing industry.  
• Professional development sessions: Build your skills in leadership, communication, and business growth. 
• Networking opportunities: Connect with peers, mentors, and industry leaders who share your passion for roofing.
• Panel discussions: Heidi Ellsworth, Owner of RoofersCoffeeShop will interview a panel of 4-5 male roofing industry leaders who will share their perspectives on working collaboratively with women in the roofing profession. Amanda Fields, Executive Director of RCAW will interview a panel of 4-5 women who are roofing industry leaders and who will share their perspectives on working in the roofing industry.
