NWIR - The Challenge of Decision Making

Decision making isn't easy when you have all the facts, data and information.  It can be even more overwhelming when you have only half the information.  Together we'll explore how we make decisions, why some decisions are easy and others are hard, and frameworks and strategies you can use to make decisions in front of you.

Katie Ostreko is the COO of National Shelter Products & System Components and was formerly the VP of Sales & Marketing at Quality Edge and has been in the building products industry since 2019.  She's been involved in NWIR since 2020 leading the Michigan chapter for 2 years and participated in NWIR days, speaking multiple times.  She has a passion for the women in the roofing industry, sharing her experiences, wins, and challenges to help other women develop careers where they can thrive and excel.
