ARCA Academy Class - Foam & Coatings Roofing

This class provides a comprehensive overview of Spray Polyurethane Foam (SPF) roofing systems and the elastomeric roof coatings commonly used as their protective layer. Designed for contractors, inspectors and design professionals. This course covers the key principles of:

• SPF chemistry
• proper substrate preparation
• application techniques
• safety protocols
• performance characteristics

Additionally, participants will learn about various roof coating technologies (acrylic, silicone, polyurethane), their benefits, limitations and how they integrate with SPF systems for long-term weatherproofing and energy performance.
